i cant enter any game

yeah, i got this weird problem when i try to play any version of COD, blacks ops 1, MW 3 it doesnt matter what game i choose, when i click play it opens a command prompt for a couple seconds and then closes inmediatly i followed every step for installing the game (i think if i missed a step tell me), reinstalled plutonium, installed all the redist files,everything and nothing worked, pls help me

Read Every Little Details in Plutonium about installing Bo2 and others. Then re-install and make sure that you set the correct folder locations in plutonium when setting up bo2 or others.Also Make Sure that your internet is running smoothly. Just to console you , plutonium servers are running perfectly and nicely:)

i did the antivirus thing, but the rediste thing gives me an error sayin that some programs are missing, its a sign that they are already installed?, its says "It is not recognized as an internal or external command, program or by executable lots" too

Xpricte it could be a sign that your version of windows is outdated. Press windows key + R and type "winver" into the run box then hit enter. Post a screenshot of the window that comes up.

here its in spanish because im from venezuela but the version is 1607 and the game was going smoothly before the error happens -
Xpricte so the game worked before? what did you change between when it worked and when it didn't? 1607 should be fine and i see you're a man of culture and using LTSB
You should consider upgrading to LTSC 2021 tho. -
Dss0 i got a toaster pc, i updated before and i couldnt got to the desktop because theres was an error in the start so i didnt update since then
