Read Every Little Details in Plutonium about installing Bo2 and others. Then re-install and make sure that you set the correct folder locations in plutonium when setting up bo2 or others.Also Make Sure that your internet is running smoothly. Just to console you , plutonium servers are running perfectly and nicely:)

i did the antivirus thing, but the rediste thing gives me an error sayin that some programs are missing, its a sign that they are already installed?, its says "It is not recognized as an internal or external command, program or by executable lots" too

what windows is that your running the toolbar looks funny -
Xpricte it could be a sign that your version of windows is outdated. Press windows key + R and type "winver" into the run box then hit enter. Post a screenshot of the window that comes up.

Xpricte so the game worked before? what did you change between when it worked and when it didn't? 1607 should be fine and i see you're a man of culture and using LTSB
You should consider upgrading to LTSC 2021 tho. -

Xpricte so did pluto work on your pc before or not? Also what are your pc specs (esp. gpu)?

Dss0 yeah, it worked before my gpu is a gforce 405 atleast to make the game run decently without lagging 2gb ram and an intel 2 core duo cpu (literally a toaster)
