is there any mod to play with 8 players?

Not possible atm. Bo2 and Bo3 support more than 4 players, because it uses the multiplayer engine. WaW and Bo1 do not. If someone were to try to implement 8 players on WaW. It wouldn't be easy at all. Would have to be done in the engine and a mod wouldn't be possible.
