@zKevshh something on your end is blocking the connection to our servers. Check your firewall/antivirus and try changing your dns servers: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10.
You can also try using a vpn.

Backup and remove the following:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plutonium
Remove the Plutonium launcher.Redownload Plutonium launcher and let it update.
