Server Not Showing?

Alright so I have a server, Ive been working on.. I can connect fine and everything ive port forwarded perfectly but still not on the server list I had friends check too not there? I gave them the ip and everything and they still cant join..

if its not on the server list then you port forward wrong and or its still being hidden behind your windows firewall
