Unplayable lag.

I installed Plutonium 3 hours ago but when i launched it and downloaded bo1 and booted to menu, i was immediately hit with hard lag and i was only on the menu?! I tried to load up a game and when i got in it was already down to 5 fps!? I played campaign and i get solid 60+ fps but when i use plutonium it just dips. I have more than capable specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-1035G1
GPU (integrated): Intel UHD Graphics 620
RAM: 8GB DDR4 Single-Channel
It doesn't make sense that it should lag like this, I tried downloading bo2 and it did the same thing, the same with WaW. I had all these games in the past on steam and it worked perfectly fine but i lost my steam account. I have tried all methods I could find like disabling full-screen optimization, lowering graphics, etc. I did everything on this page and more. I want to enjoy these classics again. Help would be appreciated -
Has to be something on your end causing these issues for you. Check task manager and make sure nothing is hogging your limited resources, because your specs are low end. I have a mid end PC and a laptop that runs all plutonium clients just fine. Defrag your PC could help and uninstall anything that affects performance. Windowed (Fullscreen) runs the game much better as well.

xYzGalaxy it shouldnt be my pc because i looked at the minimum requirements for plutonium and my specs exceed them by a decent margin. Not to mention the base games work fine but plutonium doesn't even though it doesnt change the graphics or any graphic related features.
