Issues with Mob of the Dead

I host a couple servers on here and have noticed something:
On Mob of the Dead, the plane won't spawn or wont be able to be ridden after a couple of times. This effect happens on my vanilla servers and modded servers so it leads me to believe its an issue that someone else has experienced. Anyone got any ideas? -

How many times, exactly? On my servers I could ride the plane enough times to finish the Easter Egg (which is 4+ times of use)

luigistyle sometimes happen also on mine server, is rare but it happen. I can't do anythign because is 100% a Game Bug, i host custom servers but i did not tuch anything about the plane

luigistyle well i made it happen. it was probably the 4th time, but the guy who messaged me about the server problem initially mentioned it was after the 2nd time.

This feature obviously wasn't available on console, so it causes bugs. An easy solution would be to make your own private server, or play custom games. This would eliminate this glitch from happening.
