Error while starting the server

mxve i installed direct x, now i have another problem
The server keeps restarting -
i fixed it by changing the map rotation, now i got a heartbeat but server not visible in the server list

Resxt no i had multiple for other dedicated server, and i did that before it was the first thing i did so i dont know what the problem is and my server server is visible in https://plutonium.pw/api/servers
Koinker api simply list running servers
Having a server accessible from the outside is something different
Double check firewall and exe rules and make sure you're not trying to use a port that's already used
Also double check that the key is right and for the right game
