you need to open grey hound and press load and find your bo1 folder then go to main folder here are all the game files which you can search for them then extract them then you photoshop them then you convert them to dds and put it in iwi fast converter and done

if you dont want to have paint net then i suggest using this plugin for photoshop https://github.com/GameTechDev/Intel-Texture-Works-Plugin/releases

it has readme to how to install and use it if u have photoshop already thats good if not then tell me to send u my version its old about 240 mb its better than the 3 gb the newest version in terms of that and its portable when ur done put ur dds files in iwi convertor and done

There arent any. Look for the IPaks in the zone folder.
