    Black Ops II Cold War Mod

    Description
    This mod is a recreation of Cold War Zombies into Black Ops II. While not being the largest fan of Cold War Zombies, I thought this would be a good scripting challenge for myself and took the challenge. Features left out will be described below. Thanks for checking the mod out!

    Features

    • Cold War Armor System

      • 3 Levels of Armor
      • Can be purchased at Arsenal with Salvage
      • Damage from enemies reduced.
    • Cold War Health System

      • Players
        • Players now always have a regen delay (4.5 seconds)
        • Players have a slow regen speed (~75 Health/second)
        • Zombies hit for less damage on lower rounds
      • Zombies
        • Health values can be found in spreadsheet at bottom of post
        • Health cap at round 55 of 60k.
    • Cold War Perks

      • Quick Revive
        • Revive Teammates Faster
        • Faster Health Regen Delay (2.5 seconds)
        • Faster Health Regen (~240 Health/Second)
        • After teammate revived, both players gain a temporary speed boost

    Disclaimer 2: This mod is at the very limit that bo2 will allow for gsc HUD elements. This limits much about what I can do further. Also, there are not many other shaders to replace for the mod's sake. This mod is pronounced finished besides bug fixes.

    A Black Ops 1 version is in development that will be more like Cold War! ❤

    GerardS0406 I have a relatively small problem that I cannot for the life of me uninstall this mod... and it's kind of annoying, so if there is a fix please respond

      GerardS0406 Is there a way to use just the HUD? I love the visible health bar and I can't find one that looks as good as this one anywhere else!

          Bit of a bug report here, not sure if this mod will be updated but on controller, I find myself unable to jump sometimes, it's inconsistent too. Trying to play Town and the lava is pretty unforgiving when you can't jump over it. Jumping is fine outside of the mod too

                      reviving this. if anyone is good at scripting, is it possible to take the perk gsc (i think that is the one that allows the perk buyable that allows to get all of bo2 perks on any map) and make it as its own stand alone script? it would be nice to use perks such as phd, mule kick, electric charry (doubt vultures aid will work), and stamin up on other maps! such as mule kick, phd, and stamin up on mob, mule kick on tranzit, nuke town. stuff like that.

                        I've been playing with this mod and it's amazing and I installed custom perk shaders and it seems to work only for the perks that are actually supposed to be on the map and the extra ones default to the cold war per icons. For example for Nuketown I believe its just q revive, speed, jug and double and those do use my custom icon while phd and others since their weren't originally there it goes with the CW design. I was just wondering if there's a simple way to change that if possible?

                            Disclaimer 2: This mod is at the very limit that bo2 will allow for gsc HUD elements. This limits much about what I can do further. Also, there are not many other shaders to replace for the mod's sake. This mod is pronounced finished besides bug fixes.

                            GerardS0406 when I install this mod, I cannot join my friends. It just does the common "Unable to join game session" error and it only happens when I use this mod

                                I've been playing with this mod and it's amazing and I installed custom perk shaders and it seems to work only for the perks that are actually supposed to be on the map and the extra ones default to the cold war per icons. For example for Nuketown I believe its just q revive, speed, jug and double and those do use my custom icon while phd and others since their weren't originally there it goes with the CW design. I was just wondering if there's a simple way to change that if possible?

                                Chunkychunga Yes, I found out how to change these perk icons. The files are in the images folder and are named as follows:
                                1)hud_obit_ballistic_knife and hud_obit_grenade_round for StaminUp (don't know why there are two but whatever)
                                2)hud_us_grenade for PHDFlopper
                                3)hud_obit_hatchet for QuickRevive
                                4)hud_obit_knife for Tombstone
                                5)hud_obit_death_crush for Deadshot
                                6)hud_obit_death_falling for MuleKick
                                7)hud_obit_death_suicide for ElectricCherry (aka elemental pop)

                                Simply rename the perk file you want to the corresponding name above (don't change the .iwi extension) and replace the stock files in the images folder)

                                Edit: Also make sure to put the original perk files in the images folder before you rename them so that you can get the custom perk icon for maps that do have said perks available by default
