Can't connect to plutonium launcher

info.json is there but config.json doesn't exist, by the way, where is the .exe file of plutonium?
robokat just search for plutomium in your start menu, thats the .exe

Make sure you are running plutonium.exe and not the launcher directly and try again.
If that doesn't help navigate to%localappdata%\Plutoniumand delete config.json
