We now know why it happens, it happens only to accounts with recent password changes / new accounts.
We can't yet give you a time frame until it is resolved.

Xerxes not sure if its relevant but when i was trying to register my account it kept saying web page not found or page doesnt exist (https://forum.plutonium.pw/register), eventually after 20 or so attempts at loading page it worked.

codmw390 This website wasn't loading on my wifi until I turned in my mobile data and registered an account using my mobile. I registered 2 accounts but the launcher has the same problem!

Xerxes I tried this but it didn't work, instead something that I should have thought already, I simply run it as an administrator and it worked.
