Plutonium not running

Hello, whenever I want to run the Plutonium installer on my computer, the program does not run, nor does it show an error or something else. I don't know what to do, please help me

i had the same problem but after i deleted the appdata thingy now it doesnt update it says i need wifi while i have internet
