New Server Menu Controversy

This is meant in no way to bash any work of anyone.
First I'd like to say I'm very thankful for the new update. This is to provide constructive criticism for the project.
With the new Plutonium T6 Codebase, the server menu has been changed and here's what I've heard about it.-"It looks nice"
-"I'm really digging it"
-"Anyone else really hate this new server menu?"
-"I can't sort or search anymore..."
-"This looks like CSGO, why did they change it?"
-"Server names can't have colors anymore"I feel there's a bit of controversy as this was an unexpected change.
Here's my opinion on it:It feels a bit like a weird overlay, when scrolling it also affects in game. I also do miss the search feature, and the colors.
What I think people want is something similar to the old one, it had a slick design, showed the map name and an image of the map that was on, the server names were colorful which looked nice and gave each server it's own look. I think this unexpected change that felt out of no where has thrown people off, and no one was expecting this change. From other people's perspective, "something changed that didn't need to change." Most players don't understand anything about a codebase, they just notice that the server menu looks way different, and lacks features of the old one which I think is what has caused a decent amount of players to hate on it.Again, this post is not meant to hate, at all. I would like to see this project improve and this is one thing I think most players will agree with.
Please give your opinions.The decision to use this as the server browser over what was used before is because the previous way of doing no longer worked in the code base. A long with that, its not by any means a simple task to get the html ui to work. Rather than holding off the entire client update to have a pretty server browser this is what is used

Also it was really bloated for what it did, 260+ MB for the menu were ridiculous.

Xerxes I think it also updated anticheat or something as well as the server browser

This will be enabled in a future update. As will some form of scaling to make it bigger or smaller.

I hope they will bring the previous server browser back (or something more "user-friendly").Best regards
MirkoMirkoD2 we wont bring the old server list back for the sake that it ate processing power even if it wasn't visible. It was honestly fucking terrible. The new server list will be tweaked and all features from the previous server list will be added.

@Mr-Android how many players are the bare minimum to support it and if the number is achived, will it even be implomented?
pedepoiss it is better to just use the server browser as there is really no point to even have the matching making stuff to work why do that when you can do the exact same thing in a server that is in the server browser.

pedepoiss I don't really understand why matchmaking is necessary. Do you really want some random guy with terrible internet who might not even be on the same continent as you hosting? At least with dedicated servers you can generally choose your ping unless you want to play a specific server.
