Can't download the update for some reason

For some reason when i try to install the update its gets me a new web then it says "cdn.plutonium.pw's server ip address could not be found" is there any fix to this?

Likely a firewall/ISP issue, make sure to put pluto in exclusions then try again

That's very wierd, what antivirus do you have? Chrome just doesn't block websites like that

Aye disable it. Or better yet, uninstall it. Windows Defender is better

Chrome already gives a perfectly fine error about why it shows that page. Hint: It's blocked on DNS level. -
