Spacewar

Hello everyone I've noticed that on steam there's a game in my library called "spacewar" but it's nowhere to be found in the steam store nor do i have any memory of downloading it but the game doesn't open only when I'm playing plutonium T4 it says "Running" Anyone else have the same thing as i do? If so how do we get the achievements.

Spacewar is a "developer game/base" used for other games to emulate stuff etc.
I'm not a Plutonium developer so I can't go in depth about Plutonium specifically but this is pretty common and nothing to be worried about. The fact that you can't find it in Steam store is normal as well. This is pretty much a dev "layer"/thing
