Ayuda me crashea plutonium

Tengo un problema para poder jugar partidas publicas online, cuando lo descargue pude jugar sin problemas pero al cabo de dos partidas me salio un error que ahora no me deja jugar, cada vez que voy a entrar a un servidor me sale este error y me crashea el juego, alguien me puede echar una mano?, repito que solamente me sucede en las partidas publicas del modo multijugador, en modo zombies no tengo ningun problema para jugar online
