Piry.exe downloads the Plutonium Mod, you need to wait for it to reach 100% and then start t6rmp.exe
You should also install Windows 10. We do not support Windows 7, the game may run but we won't waste our time helping to fix problems, for that reason I'm also locking this thread. Please update your operating systems! Windows 7 is end of life and Microsoft are no longer releasing security updates for it. So it shouldn't be used if connected to the internet.
