Plutonium updater failed to check for updates

The plutonium folder in appdata/local is not created yet, doesn't exist at all.

Sounds like some internet related issue, considering your location is set to Germany you should try and change your DNS server to cloudflare or something comparable that doesn't have to block websites due to Germany's stupid laws.
