I would suggest listening to Xerxes and stop spreading screenshots that aren't true.I don't know whether you're arguing this because you're trying to get some praise from Kiels or fellow peers but this needs to end now.
The punishment has been given out, its a 2 week ban. You're acting like this is a permanent ban. This is just meant to set Kiels straight and give him time to think about does he really want a community, or the money?
Also, I find it funny how fast you switched sides, maybe delete messages to make your arguments more credible

Your accusations of me trying to get praise from anyone is not true. I'd recommend you not to make false accusations a habit of yours, such behaviour may lead to consequences. Any further replies from individuals outside the Plutonium's staff are deemed unnecessary and an over dramatization of the situation. I believe I have clearly articulated my words to the Plutonium's staff and to you regarding your gaslighting. False accusations are a serious matter, and I suggest you refrain from making them.

We don't have very strict rules on what people can and can't do within their own communities, and this drama seems to be largely concentrated outside our core community. With that said, we don't want assholes that ruin the fun for others around either, so we'll take a closer look at this.
What you could do meanwhile, is to chargeback or open disputes for the payments you've sent them (provided it wasn't too long ago), if they indeed have defrauded you.

It saddens me Plutonium is used by such individuals as a 'business'. It goes against the spirit of the project and these empty legal threats are the cherry on the cake. Nothing but a weak attempt to bully people to not speak against him.
He only has himself to blame for continually pushing the envelope of monetisation until his community (Or should I say customers) turned against him due to it's predatory nature and now he's mad people are disgruntled.
This man is no better than Activision.

Guess who's back doin business shi and almost scammed someone with thousands of euros ? (that's what I've heard so far)
I can't get great proofs with those accusations but uh... Yeah I met this guy not a long long time ago with Jackals servers and he was doing shady stuff and was acting weirdly in my opinion
As a creator, or even modder, please, avoid this guy, don't work with him.
