Crash after loading into a match

Whenever I load into any match, the game crashes with an error message. I checked the crash dump, and they all say:
"Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x0054162C"I've already tried "resetstats" in the console, but it did not work.

Something similar is happening to me, if join a custom game by myself it works fine but when i click a server it'll let me pick my loadout and afterwards it crashes it says "plutonium ran into a problem and must be closed / crash reference id is - 6cd96199-c32b-4d06-9670-06e71982e0be with the same codes

UPDATE: I FIXED THE ERROR BY DELETING EVERYTHING IN THE APP DATA FOLDER AND DELETING THE PLUTONIUM FOLDER AND THEN IT SHOULD SAY "SETUP" ON ALL THE GAMES AND YOU WILL INSERT THE TORRENT FOLDER AND FROM THERE IT SHOULD WORK BUT YOU HAVE TO REMAKE YOUR CLASSES AND FIX SETTINGS
