Hi, I need help with error 0x000007b (I've tried everything to solve anything so far)

I've already tried updating the driver.
I tried reinstalling the driver.
I released the plutonium folder with powershell.
I tried disabling ant virus.If anyone can give me some advice on how to resolve this error, I would be grateful.
