I can't uninstall or play plutonium i don't know why, please, see it

I don't know if I'm the only one who has had this happen but hey, being Spanish I'll try to explain it in the best way possible.

From one moment to the next I try to get into BO1 as always, it starts loading but I don't see the CMD open... I saw it normal until the launcher closes in my face

(The same thing happens to me with all the COD's)

That had never happened to me, when I saw this situation I tried to uninstall plutonium and

It told me various things;

1. I try to delete the plutonium folder but...

''The action could not be completed because another program opened the folder or one of its files.''

Lol I definitely don't have anything open regarding the game

2. Task Manager (I looked and nothing is open), then I go to resource monitor and finally end the process. Finally I can delete the folde-

No way man whats wrong now

3. I already tried deleting the folder with all methods...CMD, changing folder privileges, reinstalling DirectX or other types of files or even tools like LockHunter (foolproof file unlocker)

As a last option I tried playing in lan mode and it is the only thing I can do at the moment
