Can't launch server

Tried setting up my own server but i'm getting an error I can't seem to identify, any help lads?
For some reason I can't upload the minidump on here, so here's a Mediafire link to the txt and dmp file (don't know if you need that but included it just in case).

jrmy windows 7 isn't supported anymore, upgrade to windows 10

DECoZ97 the fact he is on windows 7 is the reason he can't make the server controller update for mw3 perm broke windows 7 you have to use windows 10
