Not able to join my friends

We cannot join each other at all in zombies. We have tried unfriending/following each other, we are able to load up multiplayer and bo1 zombies just fine but not the bo2 zombies at all. im getting hoed rn im just tryna game.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
