Launcher won't install?

i'm trying to install plutonium fresh on my system, but it gets stuck fetching the update info.
so far i've had 2 crash ID's: be38f295f40f4b7694076c422ee64450 and 70d44c495329458e83d6551e1c9cb2b0
i've tried redownloading the installer, messing with my DNS settings and added an exclusion in windows defender. i don't use a vpn or any other antivirus software, so idk what's causing this issue. any help would be appreciated.

yeah same things been happening to me and ive tried everything still no change it get stuck and then crashes

need more info on your error to be sure (crash ids don't really help) but if your issue is the same as the other folks posting about it in the forum, you can try a few other steps besides what you've done:
