Hola, por temas de tu modem no te permite iniciar plutonium lo que te recomiendo es que apagues tu wifi o desconectes el cable del ethernet y vuelvas a abrir el launcher en modo lan y despues al ingresar vuelves a activar el wifi y colocas tu contraseña y usuario, espero que te sirva de ayuda
