IW5 CONSOLE HELP!

was messing with FPS settings in console and now my game feels laggy / has stutters. ive checked all settings, nothing seems off. ive reset. ive deleted and redownloaded. nothing fixed. im assuming its something within the console. pls help. never had this issue before messing with console.

Easiest solution would be to reset the config
I believe deleting the
playersfolder in%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5while the game and the launcher are closed would do that -
