bo1 No Hand Bobbing Glitch

Yeah so how do I fix this, and yes I did try with mods off but It does not explain how The hands moving on multiplayer but on zombies its all weird. (this only is on bo1 that happens)

Ok for anyone who has this problem it was due to the fact that my BO1 was at 500fps which was way to high for it to handle so to avoid this lower it to 200fps or below
