You know what this game needs ? , exactly more anime (OK maybe not). This time I'm going to share my hud, the links to the perk icons and the power ups that aren't made by me are going to be listed next to the download link so don't worry if you also want them.

i had a issue with this because it downloaded as a rar file then when i converted it all of the images turned to IWI and i couldn't convert it to a png

you need a IWI to DDS converter and follow these steps
TL;DR of this is: find the texture in your BlackOps/Main folder open the IWD file (with Winrar or 7Zip)
find the texture you wanna edit, convert the IWI file to a PNG (using the converter) edit it, convert it to a black ops 1 iwi file and then put it in your '%localappdata%/plutonium/storage/T5/images' folder (which you'll probably need to make the images file yourself) -
