Error connecting to remote server

I try to start my plutionium.exe and it throws this error after starting it, what can I do? I tried restarting wifi, connected with wifi or ethernet, I don't know what else to do.

no se me abre ese archivo

NO pero borre la carpeta de plutonium y desoues me aparecio otra vex y al ejectura ese archivo me sale una pantalla blanca y yasta

SAMKING25 ahi la cagaste al eliminar esa carpeta.
