ZM Origins Error

Hola amigos, he tenido un error reciente y es que al querer jugar origins sale la cinemática normal pero en cierto momento se traba la pantalla un segundo e inmediatamente después se me crashea el juego, lo cual no he podido jugar origins, si slguien pudiera ayudarme sobre este problema gracias.
Hi everyone, I've recently encountered a problem: when I try to play Origins, the cinematic plays normally, but then the screen freezes for a second and the game crashes immediately afterward. I haven't been able to play Origins since. If anyone could help me with this issue, thank you.
