ZM Origins Error

Hola amigos, he tenido un error reciente y es que al querer jugar origins sale la cinemática normal pero en cierto momento se traba la pantalla un segundo e inmediatamente después se me crashea el juego, lo cual no he podido jugar origins, si slguien pudiera ayudarme sobre este problema gracias.
