How to play LAN offline with a friend?

Hi, I created a bat file to put plutonium in offline mode. That way you can play in a LAN Party.
Just download the pluto launcher.bat or the whole project, launch the bat and you ar good to go.
also don't forget to point to the correct game folder in the settings. -
