Zombie Counter/Box hit count/Game timer

Does anyone have a simple patch or hud mod that shows just the a Zombie Counter/Box hit count/Game timer without anything else ? The ones on here have 1 trillion other mods attached to it or break something else, i simply want those three things and nothing else
