DirkRockface Sorry i should have put more details. I have installed direct x, all possible visual c++, vc_redist 84x and 64x, verified integrity of game files, started with compatibility mode for windows 7, ran as admin and started in safe mode. I am all out of options. Only reinstalling the game, but i am on a limited network which only allows me 18gb of data usage and i have 6gb left

Solution found! Removed all drivers and reinstalled new ones. Hope others will find this usefull!
