I need to reset the password for my plutonium account, but the passowrd reset email is not arriving at my email address.
I have already cheked my Spam and "all mail" folders, but there is nothing there.
My plutonium username is: dk78_324
Could you please help me recover my account?

you won't get a password reset email, you never verified your email address when you set up the account so plutonium doesn't know where to send the email/that your account is linked to that.
You'll need to remember the password or play on a new account.
