Steam linked to old account

Help! Due to jealousy of the PS5, I want to play Black Ops 2 but am stuck because my steam is linked to an old plutonium account. It is weird because I swear I only have two emails and have tried both but no sight of my linked steam account on either of them.

Do your Emails have a number or from hotmail?
if that's the case then you have to create a new email without those i believe

Just try creating a new email thats my only solution i read this multiple times and i still don't know what is going on exactly

I only have 2 plutonium accounts. None of them have my steam linked. When trying to link steam to either of my current ones, it says that my steam is already linked.

it may be linked to someone else's plutonium account... did you buy your steam account from a third party? or get it from someone else?
