Steam linked to old account

Help! Due to jealousy of the PS5, I want to play Black Ops 2 but am stuck because my steam is linked to an old plutonium account. It is weird because I swear I only have two emails and have tried both but no sight of my linked steam account on either of them.

Elaborate a bit more
Do your Emails have a number or from hotmail?
if that's the case then you have to create a new email without those i believeJust try creating a new email thats my only solution i read this multiple times and i still don't know what is going on exactly

it may be linked to someone else's plutonium account... did you buy your steam account from a third party? or get it from someone else?
