Unfair bans - Sao Paulo Brasil

Recently I've been banned permanently from the server due to "cheating/exploiting". I was previously banned multiple times for x days or hours for the same reason. I found a couple 2024 posts (such as https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/33552/fui-banido-do-server-da-latam/19?_=1785888663684) about players experiencing the same issue on the server and the admin's(Ghy54-) responses left a lot to be desired and came across as a power trip. I joined the server's discord recently to appeal and there is not a single channel that allows you to write and you can't message the admin unless he has you added (he never accepted my friend request). As far as I know the admin is from Brazil, but yesterday after my permaban I was somehow able to play on their #3 server only and the admin said he was from Argentina (Im guessing someone else is running it now) and threatened me to ban me for a month after a single report, and then permaban me again, which hours later I ended up getting a 6 day ban. I also said in-game I wanted to talk to him and he muted me ??
It's not only me who is getting banned, during the time I played I saw multiple good players getting banned that were clearly not cheating. Its kinda disappointing and sad that such an old game has servers being run by admins that cannot handle experienced players, what do they expect? the game was released 14 years ago. I'm not even getting a chance to appeal where I can show proof I've competed professionally in other games.
If anyone knows the new admin's (or other admin's) username please let me know.

Update: he accepted my friend request, told him about the other players posts around the forum and he immediately went defensive and started insulting, then proceeded to say ''you talk too much, bye'' without even letting me appeal. Holy power trip. Admin was indeed just Ghy54

It is an old, well-known issue, and it will never change. You are not the first one, and you will not be the last one.The owner, who is also the only admin, has some mental issues and gets triggered rather easily, so it will be impossible for you to even try to explain yourself.
He claims to have been playing since the days of CoD4, but his K/D is not higher than 0.8, which means he despises tryhards.
Most of his bans are ways to keep the server full of people who play like bots, and as soon as he spots a tryhard, they get banned.
But they will eventually get unbanned at some point. I have been banned from his server at least 50 times, more or less.
You will also get muted a lot, and his Discord is also muted because countless people have tried to appeal their bans. They harass him because he refuses to be fair.
Play on another server, or get ready to not enjoy playing on his server at all.

I saw your post first and its funny how he complains about players lacking respect/not showing gratitude towards him but he was the first person to resort to insulting me after I mentioned the other cases here on the forum. A long time ago, I made some posts about him, but nowadays I really don't care at all.
BO2 isn't the only online FPS I play, so if I get banned, I'll just come back two weeks later and it'll be cleared.
Don't waste your time. People who play like bots will report you, or you'll get banned because of them.
Play on another server, or just play other games too. -

He's racist, toxic, egotistic, selfish, and basically just an old grumpy dad. -

Hola que tal, como están? Mi nombre es "Policía Civil" o la gran mayoría me suele conocer por ese id dentro del juego. Decido escribir sobre este hilo, ya que me encuentro en la misma situación y conflicto con este administrador que se cree superior a los demás por manejar el servidor de un juego de hace 15 años. Sinceramente suelo dedicarle muchísimas horas al juego, pero tengo una relacion constantemente de odio del administrador hacia mi persona, acusándome de faltas graves como "cheater" o que utilizo hacks, soy tryhard, etc. etc... excusas sin argumentos en las que no dan lugar a responder ya que al hablarle por discord te falta el respeto y se dirige utilizando un vocabulario inapropiado. He intentado hablar muchisimas veces con el de forma respetuosa, pero sus contestaciones fueron muy irrespetuosas al punto que ya estoy baneado permanentemente de todos sus servidores, siendo un jugador legal y limpio, con ganas de pasarla bien y recordar viejos momentos. Nunca utilice trampas y siempre jugué de forma transparente, estuve a disposición para mostrar pruebas (grabaciones, fotos, transmisiones) acerca de mi jugabilidad pero el administrador no daba lugar a ello. En conclusión, todos los jugadores de buen nivel somos baneados injustamente por este administrador autoritario y egocéntrico.
PD: En su momento trate de crear un servidor y tuve problemas con el tema de la direccion IP, ya que las compañías utilizan la tecnología CGNAT y eso dificulta el hecho de poder tener el servidor de manera publica.
Consulta, el baneo es por IP de router y dispositivo?? O únicamente por router?Aguardo sus respuestas, saludos.

fauscarppapi[9] Server owners can ban you for whatever reason they want, it is their server, their equipment, their money, etc.
The only thing you can do is ask the server owner if they will let you play again but if they don't want to, then you will just need to find another server to play on.
I would not recommend trying to go through all the hassle of evading the ban. They'll just ban you again (but that is up to you)

DirkRockface Hi, how are you? I understand your point and agree that it is his server—he is the owner, so he gets to make the decisions. However, the justifications for the bans are inappropriate, as is the disrespect shown through insults targeting disabilities and mental health issues (I have proof of this, as well as proof of how respectfully I tried to speak with him). Furthermore, he refuses to let you explain why you aren't using cheats and insists he is always right. I don't think this is the right way to run a server; instead of uniting the community and getting everyone pulling in the same direction, his attitude constantly holds things back and causes division.
I believe he should be a better person and a better administrator.
P.S. I’ve tried talking to him so many times, but it always ends the same way: he insults me simply because he feels like it, without ever being willing to listen to my arguments.Thanks for reading my message. Regards.

Ojalá pueda llegar a jugar como vos, jaja.
Por otro lado, welcome to the club (?Nada, acostumbrate porque te va a banear. No sos el único al que se lo hace. Igualmente, en un par de días te saca el ban. Vos tenés mínimo 3.5 de KD, el flaco tiene 0.8 en su propio server (un bot promedio xD).
No le interesa escucharte y por eso te mutea de todos lados. La última vez que entré a su Discord tenía bloqueadas todas las opciones de chat y también oculto el historial de chat de todos los servers.
Lo mejor que podés hacer es ir a otros juegos. BF4 está lleno de servers con buen ping enfocados en infantería. Y en cuanto a lo de un server, necesitás alquilar un VPS o tener un dedicado con un buen anti-DDoS.

En cuanto a lo de mi jugabilidad, muchas gracias x el halago, vos también jugas bien y somos varios jugadores limpios de buen nivel a los que el admin nos odia y detesta simplemente por saber jugar bien a un jueguito de hace mas de 15 años xd.
En cuanto a mi relacion con el admin, es odio y falta de respeto hacia mi persona constantemente... vengo jugando hace años y siempre sufria baneos de días, semanas, meses... y ahora de manera permanente de todos sus servers (cod legion, sao paulo 1,2,3), y sinceramente la veo difícil que me vuelva a dejar jugar, ya que pasaron 15 días aproximadamente de que estoy permaban y sigue igual... ya lo di por sentado al tema del baneo y sus formas. Ahora por suerte hay un server que la gente lo esta empezando a jugar y se llenan las lobbys.
En parte, me quedo tranquilo de saber que hay gente de buen nivel en la misma situación que yo... aunque creo que conmigo tuvo un trato MUY distinto y las faltas de respeto son directamente únicas hacia mi (tengo chats de Discord donde le escribí para apelar el baneo y me insulto demasiado, llamándome "MOGOLICO" o diciéndome cosas como "retírate por que sos horrible, pedile perdón a la gente y no vuelvas mas a jugar este juego", entre otras cosas.)
Así que nada, espero que esto sirva para que incentive a la gente armar nuevos servidores que le compitan a los suyos y que existan administradores que sean respetuosos y buenas personas con los jugadores.

Na, soy un jugador promedio xDEn cuanto a los insultos, no te lo tomes personal, ya que el tipo banea a todos los tryhards. Y a todos los trata igual.
Si no, fijate lo xenófobo que es con la gente de Brasil. Claramente tiene serios problemas mentales. A mí, en su momento, me baneaba por semanas enteras o días enteros.
Así que dejé de jugar BO2 en general. Lo que pasa es que en sus servers se llena de gente y es fácil de farmear.
Así que levantar un server propio no garantiza que la gente entre a jugar. Ya alguien de Argentina intentó en su momento hacer lo mismo y el server estaba sin gente casi todo el día.
Lo mejor es buscar otros juegos (es lo que yo hice). Sigo jugando en sus servers, pero menos seguido. Farmeo 3 o 5 partidas y me voy.
Nadie lo funa. Al menos en el Discord oficial de Pluto y en el foro, nadie habla bien de él. Es un perseguido, resentido y chiquilín.

Mandale saludos a Tommy, otro flaco que juega re bien tambiénChosenUndead Es asi amigo, no queda otra que asumir el tipo de persona que es y quedar fuera y no poder disfrutar de este hermoso juego que es el Black Ops 2. La gente tendria que conocer mas a esa persona y saber que no es buen tipo ni administrador, espero que con el tiempo, los jugadores del server sepan verdaderamente lo que es.
