Unfair bans - Sao Paulo Brasil

Recently I've been banned permanently from the server due to "cheating/exploiting". I was previously banned multiple times for x days or hours for the same reason. I found a couple 2024 posts (such as https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/33552/fui-banido-do-server-da-latam/19?_=1785888663684) about players experiencing the same issue on the server and the admin's(Ghy54-) responses left a lot to be desired and came across as a power trip. I joined the server's discord recently to appeal and there is not a single channel that allows you to write and you can't message the admin unless he has you added (he never accepted my friend request). As far as I know the admin is from Brazil, but yesterday after my permaban I was somehow able to play on their #3 server only and the admin said he was from Argentina (Im guessing someone else is running it now) and threatened me to ban me for a month after a single report, and then permaban me again, which hours later I ended up getting a 6 day ban. I also said in-game I wanted to talk to him and he muted me ??
It's not only me who is getting banned, during the time I played I saw multiple good players getting banned that were clearly not cheating. Its kinda disappointing and sad that such an old game has servers being run by admins that cannot handle experienced players, what do they expect? the game was released 14 years ago. I'm not even getting a chance to appeal where I can show proof I've competed professionally in other games.
If anyone knows the new admin's (or other admin's) username please let me know.
Just wanted to let other players know about the massive power trip going on in those servers -

Update: he accepted my friend request, told him about the other players posts around the forum and he immediately went defensive and started insulting, then proceeded to say ''you talk too much, bye'' without even letting me appeal. Holy power trip. Admin was indeed just Ghy54

It is an old, well-known issue, and it will never change. You are not the first one, and you will not be the last one.The owner, who is also the only admin, has some mental issues and gets triggered rather easily, so it will be impossible for you to even try to explain yourself.
He claims to have been playing since the days of CoD4, but his K/D is not higher than 0.8, which means he despises tryhards.
Most of his bans are ways to keep the server full of people who play like bots, and as soon as he spots a tryhard, they get banned.
But they will eventually get unbanned at some point. I have been banned from his server at least 50 times, more or less.
You will also get muted a lot, and his Discord is also muted because countless people have tried to appeal their bans. They harass him because he refuses to be fair.
Play on another server, or get ready to not enjoy playing on his server at all.

I just went through the same thing as you: I was on a BR server, and not only did I get banned, but—in the middle of the match, with a killstreak of nearly 25—I was switched to the other team by auto-balance, only to get kicked when the second round started. -

Somehow he accepted my friend request weeks later but it was pointless, I could show him my competitive background but he didn't even care. I saw your post first and its funny how he complains about players lacking respect/not showing gratitude towards him but he was the first person to resort to insulting me after I mentioned the other cases here on the forum. Sad guy power tripping over a 14 year old game. I have a 3.5 k/d in bo2 and most of the players he was banning they were playing clean

A long time ago, I made some posts about him, but nowadays I really don't care at all.
BO2 isn't the only online FPS I play, so if I get banned, I'll just come back two weeks later and it'll be cleared.
Don't waste your time. People who play like bots will report you, or you'll get banned because of them.
Play on another server, or just play other games too. -

Also, his reputation precedes him. All Latin American players know him, and most good players say the same thing about him.
He's racist, toxic, egotistic, selfish, and basically just an old grumpy dad.
