Random banned with no clear reason

I have been banned twice for no clear reason.

The first time was about a month ago, due to the anti-cheat system, even though I do not use any cheating programs – neither in Pluto nor in any other game.

The second time was yesterday. I was playing as a Custom Game in MP and adjusting some NVIDIA settings just to slightly improve the gameplay quality, when I was suddenly surprised by a ban for approximately 1,000 years!

This is the exact message that appeared to me:
"An issue occurred when logging in. You are banned. Any attempts to bypass will result in further punishment. Your ban will expire in 362807 day(s) 7 hour(s) and 3 minute(s)."

The message does not contain any clear reason.

I believe there is a clear flaw in the system, because if someone is going to be banned for a thousand years, the least they should receive is a message clearly explaining the reason – not a generic message that threatens more than it clarifies.

I manage a server with nearly 1,000 people, and this sudden ban does not affect only me, but all those players who depend on the server.

All I ask for is a transparent investigation from the support team, and for the ban to be manually reviewed by a human supervisor, not an automated system.

Is it reasonable for someone to be stripped of their platform and community like this without any investigation or clarification?

You have my support. I’m not entirely sure why this ban was imposed nor the original ban either. Some explanation would be helpful and any appeal routes as currently it is not clear what routes if any are available.

Can you check for yourself or have one of the employees check manually? Because as I mentioned earlier, I have never used any cheating programs, neither on Pluto nor on any other platforms. You are destroying a community of over a thousand people like this

My friend just got banned too; we were on round 99 on Buried, and they banned us for absolutely no reason. The admins don't say anything—it's a bot that bans people, and it's destroying the community. The worst part is you speak up here and nobody answers you; it's just total garbage.
