GHOST ban

It’s bizarre—my friend came back and got hit with another ghost ban; this time we were on Round 99 of Buried, playing the BX7 community mod. I wonder if there’s an actual person who can resolve this issue? I’ve seen others on the forum mentioning the same problem.
