My account was temporarily banned today (26/09/2026), and I want to explain exactly what caused it.
I run a CodJumper mod and server for IW5. The map mp_radar froze my client on load every time. I analysed a memory dump of the frozen game: the asset entry pool (the 42,999-entry XAssetEntry pool) was completely full, and the allocator then hands out the null slot instead of failing cleanly, which corrupts memory and freezes the game.
To confirm this diagnosis, I wrote a small local tool that enlarged that pool in memory, from 42,999 to 65,535 entries, which is the limit of its 16-bit indices. It only moved the pool and updated the instructions that reference it. It does not touch gameplay, other players, aim, movement, visibility, damage or anything competitive. I first ran it on my client, then on my own local dedicated server, and then connected to that local server to load mp_radar. No public server was involved, and there were no other players.
I understand that any external write into the client's memory triggers the anti-cheat, whatever the intent, and I accept that it was a mistake to do it on a client logged into Plutonium. I will not use it on the client again. I am happy to send the tool's source code and the dump if that helps you check what it did.
If there is a supported way to raise this limit, or if you would rather know about the freeze itself (a full pool leads to memory corruption instead of an error message), I would be glad to share the details.
Could you please review and lift the ban?

300k days temporary? bru that's perma. If you're messing around in IDA for long enough you'll eventually forget to LAN and get fucked
Anyways good luck with this, the admins engagement on their own forum has been pretty non existent for years. Maybe try changing your title to something donation related, those seem to be the only posts that actually get their attention.

I can link you our posts if you want. I have all the proof you need, but I'm unsure what they have. I don't know them, I'm just speaking of them so you know it's a real problem.

Raised the topic internally 3 days ago but didn't feel the need to respond here to say you did? Then you'll get peeved when someone wants clarification on your nothing? What's the point of this section of the forum if, despite your disdain of tags and ass-talking, it requires tags and ass-talk to garner the reply, otherwise radio silence? All it takes is 3 words: "Looking into it". You can't seriously expect people to not have a grievance with the lack of response (in 2 ways) to the issues brought up, and this isn't the first time this has happened to even explicitly IW5 GSC devs. I get that there are hundreds of players daily and a million other posts about getting banned, but this is clearly a different issue than someone crying about logging in non-LAN with Jiggy. Besides that, this guy has half of the IW5 community that can vouch for him as a player and dev, and he's been playing for 5+ years with no cheating issues. He wrote out exactly what he did and what the outcome was, and has stated he is willing to show the program or dump files to help fix the issue or at the very least, clear his name. It's fair to look into this issue more but to keep him banned until it's fully resolved or patched is absurd. Like you said, who knows how long it will take otherwise?
