Plutonium launcher not working

Whenever I try to open it, an updating plutonium page pops up for few seconds then disappear, tried reinstalling everything from the scratch still no fix, turned off my anti virus and windows defender still not working. Any ideas?

Can you try changing dns to 1.1.1.1 or try a vpn? Do let me know if these fixes your issue.
