Sound issue

My Black ops 2 Sound is off for some reason yes the sound and volume is up but The game both mo and zm just make no sound? I don’t know why but I downloaded it 4 times the same and it still is the same??? Help

Do you have a headset? If so, ensure it is set as your default audio device in your Windows audio settings. Also double check the audio output device in the game settings is set to the device that you'd like sound to come out of. (Ideally the same device you have as your default audio device in windows)

My default audio is speaker and something else it’s weird

As it says, your game may be detecting an output device that you are not using, check the audio output device in the game that is defined for use.

Kalitos my Output is just speakers and headphones and it can’t be changed and I went in game to see sound settings and everything is at normal I also tested the system test thing where it plays a sound but it won’t play a sound

SpazmicParadox Check in the windows volume mixer, the game sound may be muted from there

Can you atleast post a screenshot where the game doesn't cover the important information in the other window?

Go to start and type Change System Sounds and click the item that appears.
Then click the playback tab and screenshot that window please. -

Cheers, so your device is set as the default device across everything so that's good. It makes me think it might be a sound driver problem, would you mind downloading this: https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download/standard and run it by opening the start menu and typing Speccy? Can you then screenshot the window that opens? Please wait until it finishes analyzing. It will look something like this:

Dell SupportAssist is likely the easiest way to do some driver updates. If you let it install and scan your machine, it should then offer you any driver updates, probably worth installing them all, especially if there is a sound driver update. (screenshot the window after all the updates are done please)
Just incase this doesn't work, can you also open the start menu and type winver and screenshot the window that opens, thanks.

could it be because downloaded it from discord server?
because Before it was from the plutonium website and it worked except that I cant play multiplayer.
