Error launching Plutonium

I had a problem the other day with the DLC's, I tried to fix it with help from you guys but didn't manage to because I'm a potato at this stuff, I managed to only being able to play on LAN and I thought what the hell, I'll just play alone, but now I wanted to fix it so I uninstalled everything and followed your guide to downloading the game, I did EXACTLY as it said and I got this error upon launching the launcher

- restart your pc
- run the launcher as admin.

Ok, now the launcher works, thanks for that
Now I just haven't "Chosen the right folder containing the BO2 files"
So just to be clear so I don't fuck this up, am I suppose to choose the folder "pluto_t6_full_game"
Or the ACTUAL game from steam? Note I do not have any DLC's on the game from steam... -

Or the ACTUAL game from steam? Note I do not have any DLC's on the game from steam...Lil Swan ye pluto_t6_full_game if you followed the official install guide and downloaded the game via torrent.
