Cold War try deleting C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium (you may have to enable "show hidden files and folders" in the windows explorer options).

Cold War it's still on r839 after deleting the folder in appdata? tf? no you can't, the launcher downloads the clientfiles.
Just try re-downloading the launcher from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe even tho it looks like you got the latest version. -
I DID BOSS SAME RESULT IT DOEST POPUP I ALLOWED IT ON FIREWALL I TRIED DISABLING MY FIREWALL COMPAT SETTINGS ALSO NOTHING HAPPEND SO SOMETHING IS MISSING OR BLOCKING ACCESS BUT THANKS FOR YOUR TIME BOSS ANY TIPS OR TRICKS I TRY JUST LET ME KNOW LAST RESORT IS DOWNLOADING GAME AGAIN.
