So basically im downloading the plutonium.exe and as soon as i open the exe file, it shows patching updates and it closed the .exe file and i dont know what to do, i re-downloaded the .exe file serveral times and restarted my pc serveral times, and it still didn't help and i dont know what to do at this point.

"Patching updates"? Or fetching update info? If it's the latter, might be your AV, try following this if you're on defender. However if it's not the issue, screenshot your error please since I can't see whatever xerxes posted above.
