Piry.exe not upon downloads

I have installed everything twice and followed all the steps. I go to setup but cannot find the bo2 version of the game. I have also noticed that in the ' pluto_t6_full_game ' folder, I do not have ' piry.exe ' as seen in the instructions and in youtube videos.

ThatsCap piry doesn't work anymore and isn't needed either, it downloads the game itself but you already did that via the torrent. The folder you have to select is pluto_t6_full_game.
